Compensation Guidelines (Effective 07/01/2025 in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements)
Starting Salary:

First Year Salary: $76,622
-
Certified Police Officers (2+ years): $79,015
Top Step Trooper Salary (Step 8): $119,020
Overtime Opportunities: Up to $92/hour for highway construction projects
Salaries above include meal stipend every shift worked, to include overtime shifts.
STATE CAR & GASOLINE
Personal use of take-home cruiser, in accordance with current rules and regulations.
FREE UNIFORMS & DRY CLEANING

Cleaning stipend of $650.00 per year for specific non-uniformed positions

Safety shoes and equipment stipend of $150.00 per year
