About the event

This opportunity will give these women an opportunity to speak with our female troopers, in a female-dominated setting, about a career as a Connecticut State Trooper and the emphasis on females working in this role.  This panel will allow females the chance to learn about how our females work juggling a family life, academy life, and being a trooper!  Troopers assigned to Recruitment and Selections, Backgrounds and the Training Academy will be available to address specific questions regarding the selections process and recruit training! Less than 13% of all law enforcement is comprised of women. It is time we change the narrative and demonstrate that we do infact belong in this career!
